Executives

Your executive team holds ultimate responsibility for the success of your organization. As such, communication across – and within – departments is crucial. Hone skills like communication, leadership, and the ability to inspire and mobilize your division and your peers toward achieving organizational goals. We support that work through a combination of activities and assessment tools. The walls that separate your offices come down when you work as a team to solve a problem in a wilderness setting.

Our coaches/consultants take participants through a series of challenges and assessments, followed by debriefs that ask tough questions, and produce memorable – and actionable – results.

After course, participants better understand their individual leadership and communication style, and how they can contribute to cross-department efforts to support organizational goals.

“I wanted my team to have the opportunity to cooperatively work together in a new dynamic setting, with each team member facing challenges outside their normal comfort zone. The experience was transformative, creating cross-departmental bonds and connections that positively impact our daily business operations.”

– Remy Spreeuw, Editor, 5280 Magazine
