Colorado Outward Bound School (COBS) is on a mission to change lives through challenge and discovery in the outdoors. On backpacking adventures across Colorado and Utah, we empower youth to become compassionate and bold leaders. Founded in 1962, we are proud to be one of the longest-running expeditionary learning schools in the country. 

We are proud to be a Charity Partner for the Leadville Race Series 100 Run and 100 Mountain Bike races in 2026. 

Our 2026 Charity Athlete Team is Full for both the MTB and Run 100 Races.
